Training and Projects

Musical Hydrotherapy

Musical Hydrotherapy is an innovative therapy combining listening to sound inside the water alongside aquatic body therapy techniques to:

  • relax body and mind

  • inspire movement, stretching, vocalisation and stillness

  • enhance well–being

  • develop an appreciation to sound and music

We work primarily in schools but have also provided sessions outside school settings at arts festivals, community events and private functions.  Find out more here.

Music Production Programme

A project for young people aged 11-19 years where participants compose, record, produce and present original music for use in Musical Hydrotherapy sessions and to share music created by young people with special needs to the wider public. Find out more here.

Listening in the classroom

A project exploring how the deep listening skills involved in Musical Hydrotherapy can also be used in the classroom setting to develop sound awareness, musical skills, wellbeing and increased SEMH development. Find out more here.
